• 2020 Update on Bassmaster College, High School, Junior Events

    Good Morning,

We at B.A.S.S. hope this e-mail finds you doing well. We appreciate your understanding with some of the schedule changes we were forced to make during this unprecedented health pandemic. Some of you have already competed this year, but we want you to be aware of schedule changes for the remainder of 2020.
Below are the rescheduled dates for the Carhartt Bassmaster College Series Presented by Bass Pro Shops, Mossy Oak Fishing Bassmaster High School Series Presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors and Junior Series.

    College Series New Dates

    Lake Hartwell August 27-29,2020
    Lake Cumberland October 1-3, 2020
    Championship TBD October 29 -31, 2020
Bracket Lay Lake November 17-19, 2020

    High School/Junior New Dates
Lake St. Clair August 8, 2020
    Lake Cumberland October 4, 2020
    Championship(s) October 18-24, 2020
(more information on this tournament will be announced later in the summer)

As previously communicated, should you be unable to participate based on these new competition dates, you can cancel and receive a full refund. You must communicate via e-mail to b[email protected]. Please include which specific events you wish to cancel from. When you send your email please state if both you and your partner are cancelling or just one of the team members. Requests must be made via e-mail by June 1, 2020.

The tournaments that were already on the calendar are full with waiting lists at this time. After the deadline date on June 1, 2020, for cancellations, if there are openings that cannot be filled with anglers from the waiting list these tournaments may be opened again for new registrations.

If you were a senior who has graduated either college or high school for the 19/20 school year or were in the 8th grade during the 19/20 school year, you will be granted a waiver to compete in the rescheduled events only.

Registration for the High School and Junior events on Lake St. Clair will open today, (Thursday, May 7) at 12:00 pm Central Time.

A reminder that all new registrations go on a waiting list. All entries are timestamped by the date and time you register and are first come first serve by timestamp. Anglers are entered into the event based on timestamps. It is important to register as soon as you can to give yourself the best opportunity to get accepted into a tournament. If you are accepted into an event you will receive an email letting you know.

We are working to implement practices and procedures that best have us in line with CDC and government recommendations. There will be more communications to follow.

Thanks again and we look forward to fully completing the season just a little further into the fall than expected.
